Mini: 6 sugar cubes
Instructions: Drop one sugar cube into your glass, drop a teaspoon of hot water to dissolve the sugar cube, muddle or stir, add 2oz of your favourite spirit, top off with water and a squeeze of lime juice. Serve on ice.
