We offer delivery of a minimum of 5 Premium Bagged Ice and pickup service for all of our Ice Storage Rental Equipment.

Pricing is based on door-to-door service. Delivery drivers are professional, courteous and will ensure on-time delivery!

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS POLICIES

Before you book your ice order and complete your order, please read bellow about what to expect once you receive your ice order and about our policies. 

Things to know before you buy ice:

Our ice is made from “bottled water quality” purified water. The water is initially filtered through carbon filters and is then processed through water softeners.

Ice should be stored in a freezer or storage cooler to avoid melting. 

There is no 100% guarantee that your ice will last during the duration of your event. This will depend on storage. We recommend to contact us as soon as you see any signs of excessive melting. We are always here to answer any questions and provide recommendations on how to make your ice last!

Please check your ice when you receive it. Once the driver leaves the site we will not replace any ripped or melting bags.
There are no refunds on ice that is already received by the client. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 We offer 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you have changed your mind or your event has cancelled, no worries, just notify us within 24 hours of your booked delivery window via return request form. 

Customer will get a full refund. There is a re-stocking fee of 10% for wholesale orders.

 

WHAT TIME WILL MY DELIVERY ARRIVE?

Deliveries are made within the hours of operation 9AM-9PM daily. We request that we have a minimum 2 hour window, example: 9AM-11AM, 11AM-1PM, 1PM-3PM, 3PM-5PM, 5PM-7PM, 7PM-9PM. If a specific time is desired special arrangements and prices will apply.

 

AFTER HOURS DELIVERIES / PICKUPS?

Of course! This service is available at any time of day including weekends & Holidays. Special arrangements & pricing will apply, please contact our Support Team.

 

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE A DELIVERY?

If you are unable to be present, please let us know ahead of time. We will leave the ice and any storage rental equipment in a mutually acceptable area, such as a carport or porch. We will text you a photo upon completion of the delivery

 

WHAT WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR?

  • Elevators, stairs, and/or difficult access
  • Storage Equipment not emptied or returned dirty ($50-$150)
  • Driver waiting time ($50/hour)
  • Specific or after-hours delivery/pick-up times
