What are your delivery hours?
We offer local delivery:
Tues- Sat: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
and Sun: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery orders must be received by 6:00pm.
*Please note delivery slots are limited and fill up fast! Your best bet is to place your order ahead of time.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
(5) Bags of premium bagged ice or $85
*This does not include the delivery charge.

How will I know when my ice will arrive?
You will receive a text message when your order is on it's way with an estimated time of arrival.
You can enter the best number to contact with delivery updates in the shipping details.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! Curbside pick-up is available Tues -Fri from 10:00am - 5:00pm / SAT & SUN: **By Appointment Only.
No Minimum order - Just place your order online and book your pick up time!
Our pick up location is: Unit 155 - 3757 Jacombs rd, Richmond, BC.
I'm hosting an event how much ice do I need?

How big is your bagged ice?
Our bags are the biggest ;) Our bags are 26.4 lbs or 12 kgs. This is about the same as 4½ - 5 standard gas station bags.
Do you offer storage solutions for ice?
We have a number of ice storage solutions including ice caddy's, ice chest residential freezers, chest merchandiser, and large trailers.
Be sure to check in with us well in advance as sometimes our chest freezers are in high demand. especially during the summer (May - September)!
How are your custom cubes made?
Our custom ice options are cut directly from cline-bell 300 lb blocks. After a 3 day process they are ready to be cut. We use food safe bandsaws and table saws to ensure accurate measurements and minimal waste. The whole process takes place in a room dedicated for ice at a brisk -8 to -12°C.
How do I store custom Ice cubes?
Our custom ice best left sealed in the bag it came in. Allow the ice to temper in your glass before adding liquid to ensure a crystal clear cube in your cocktail.
What is your cancelation policy?
We offer a 24 hour cancellation policy.
