DELIVERY QUESTIONS

Winter Hours (until Victoria Day long weekend):
Tuesday-Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed

Need ice outside business hours? Emergency delivery may be available for an extra $30, subject to driver availability. Give us a call at (778) 929-3264.

Book online by 2:30 PM, Tuesday-Saturday, for same-day delivery. After 2:30 PM, call us at (778) 929-3264 by 5:00 PM and we'll do our best to fit you in.

*Delivery slots are limited and fill up fast! Your best bet is to place your order ahead of time.

OTHER COMMON QUESTIONS

Yes! Curb-side pick-up is available Tuesday-Saturday from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays. Appointments are encouraged, so please book your pick up time when you order.

No Minimum order - Just place your order online and book your pick up time!

Our pick up location is: Unit 155 - 3757 Jacombs rd, Richmond, BC.

Use our Dang Good Ice Calculator to plan how much ice you will need for your next event! If you still have any questions just fill out your information after using the calculator and one of our ice experts will be in contact with you.
Our bags are the biggest ;) Our bags are 26.4 lbs or 12 kgs. This is about the same as 4½ - 5 standard gas station bags.
We have a number of ice storage solutions including ice caddy's, ice chest residential freezers, chest merchandiser, and large trailers.

Be sure to check in with us well in advance as sometimes our chest freezers are in high demand. especially during the summer (May - September)!

Our custom ice options are cut directly from cline-bell 300 lb blocks. After a 3 day process they are ready to be cut. We use food safe bandsaws and table saws to ensure accurate measurements and minimal waste. The whole process takes place in a room dedicated for ice at a brisk -8 to -12°C.
Our custom ice best left sealed in the bag it came in. Allow the ice to temper in your glass before adding liquid to ensure a crystal clear cube in your cocktail.
We offer a 24 hour cancellation policy.
