When should the ice arrive?
We suggest delivery 1 to 2 hours before your bar opens. Ice stays solid longer in a caddy, freezer or merchandiser, so add storage for long events.
What do you need to know about my venue?
Tell us about loading docks, parking, elevators, stairs and who will receive the delivery. If there is a load-in time or security check, let us know when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Book as early as you can, especially for summer weekends and long weekends. Need it today? Same-day delivery is often available. Call us by 5:00 PM.
Where do you deliver?
Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New West, the Tri-Cities, the North Shore, Surrey and Delta. Langley, Maple Ridge, White Rock and the Fraser Valley are quoted by phone or email. Delivery starts at $20 in Zone 1. See our delivery zones.
Can you deliver outside business hours?
Yes, when a driver is available. Outside-hours delivery is an extra $30. Our winter hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
